These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Our Services are designed for law firms and legal professionals in the Greater Toronto Area. You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. IT Support and Consultation

Our IT support and consultation services are provided on an as-available basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice or liability. Service levels, response times, and support hours will be outlined in individual service agreements executed separately from these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Group 4 Networks or our content suppliers and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Group 4 Networks, Toronto Law Firm IT Support, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
